Easthall Park Housing Association is a community-based housing association and registered charity situated in the Easterhouse area of Glasgow. We own 694 properties and provide a factoring management service to 55 owner-occupiers.

We wish to recruit a Maintenance Co-ordinator to attend to administrative duties to ensure the delivery of a high quality and responsive repairs service through our network of contractors and our new in-house Trade Team. The successful candidate will also administer cyclical and planned major repairs and void works, as well as manage landlord safety to ensure tenants’ homes are well maintained and safe.

You should possess relevant experience in repairs administration and a customer service environment and be able to work on your own initiative and have excellent communication, interpersonal and team working skills to successfully engage with colleagues, tenants, customers and other agencies. You should be committed to our values, and be able to organise your work to meet organisational targets and personal goals.
