We are a popular, high performing practice in Newbury, a desirable market town close to the town centre, railway station and surrounded by lovely countryside and villages, and excellent local schools. We are a friendly and supportive partnership with a great team ethos, fantastic staff retention and focus on staff wellbeing including a daily Huddle for peer support.
We are established in the community, active within the PCN and hold contracts with the local Newbury Racecourse. Our diverse clinical team includes pharmacists, paramedics, advance practitioners, social prescriber and an innovative home-visiting practice matron. We are a forward-thinking CQC “good” rated practice using EMIS Web, Docman and AccuRx clinical systems.
We are looking for an enthusiastic new team member, ideally for 6 clinical sessions as a salaried GP with view to Partnership. We are able to offer flexible working hours to support work-life balance. We actively support personal development, mentoring and special interests, with flexibility to shape the role around your strengths and career goals. We use personalised lists to enhance continuity of care, for patient and GP satisfaction.
