Position: Part Time Kitchen Team Leader – Eastfield Arms

What You’ll Do:

  • Train and inspire Chefs and the Kitchen Team to deliver food you can be proud of.
  • Drive the team to smash targets.
  • Support food ordering, preparation and stock control.
  • Master the art of working with a branded menu.
  • Ensure the kitchen complies with health and hygiene regulations.
