We're looking for an analytical and curious Data Insights Analyst who can transform complex data into clear, actionable insights that influence decisions across the organisation. Working closely with senior leaders, operational teams and business development colleagues, you'll uncover trends, identify opportunities and help shape how we deliver services, improve performance and grow our impact. If you enjoy asking "Why is this happening?" rather than simply reporting "What happened?", this could be the perfect role for you.

Travel: Only required on rare occasions
What you'll be doing
- Turning complex data into clear, meaningful insights that support better decision-making.
- Identifying trends, risks and opportunities to improve operational performance and customer outcomes.
- Creating engaging insight reports using tools such as Power BI, Tableau or Domo.
- Combining internal data with external research, market intelligence and sector insights to provide a complete picture.
- Supporting senior leaders with evidence-based recommendations that influence strategy.
- Using predictive and scenario-based analysis to help the organisation plan for the future.
- Working collaboratively with colleagues across Operations, Service Improvement, Customer Experience, Commercial Growth and Leadership to ensure insight leads to action.
- Championing high-quality data and helping embed a culture of continuous improvement.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends, patterns and opportunities.
