We’re looking for a people-focused, target-driven individual with emotional intelligence and the ability to adapt to, and influence, a wide range of customers. In this role, you'll wear many hats—supporting, encouraging, signposting, advising, coaching, and inspiring individuals—while building trust and challenging mindsets.

What You’ll Do:

  • Work towards clear targets and KPIs (including quality & compliance SLAs) – with plenty of support along the way
  • Manage a caseload of customers, with face-to-face appointments throughout the day, creating SMART action plans and providing job-searching support
  • Help build confidence, develop skills and change mindsets
  • Collaborate with external services to tackle complex challenges and help overcome barriers

What You’ll Bring:

  • A background in target-driven roles and/or experience delivering services to meet contractual and quality standards
  • Ability to build rapport, understand, and empower individuals from diverse backgrounds, including those who are vulnerable with complex needs.
  • Experience of working in customer-facing roles in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and maintain accurate customer records.
  • Resilience and a growth mindset, and a real passion for making a difference.
