As part of the DWP Restart Scheme, you’ll deliver tailored, one-to-one support to help long-term unemployed individuals overcome barriers and find sustainable work. We’re looking for a people-focused, target-driven individual with emotional intelligence and the ability to adapt to, and influence, a wide range of customers. In this role, you'll wear many hats supporting, encouraging, signposting, advising, coaching, and inspiring individuals while building trust and challenging mindsets.
Salary: £27,642, rising to £29,407 following successful completion of training and demonstration of competence in the role.
Location: Onsite in Crewe (CW2 7BX)
Hours: Mon-Fri 9am-5pm

What You’ll Do:
- Work towards clear targets and KPIs (including quality & compliance SLAs) – with plenty of support along the way
- Manage a caseload of customers, with face-to-face appointments throughout the day, creating SMART action plans and providing job-searching support
- Help build confidence, develop skills and change mindsets
- Collaborate with external services to tackle complex challenges and help overcome barriers
What You’ll Bring:
- A background in target-driven roles and/or experience delivering services to meet contractual and quality standards
- Ability to build rapport, understand, and empower individuals from diverse backgrounds, including those who are vulnerable with complex needs.
- Experience of working in customer-facing roles in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and maintain accurate customer records.
