We're currently hiring Residential Support Counselors to join our compassionate and dedicated team.Hours:Full-time 38 hours a weekSunday 7a-9pMonday 3p-9pTuesday 3p-9pWednesday 3p-9pThursday 3p-9pMust be able to work one weekend shift per week.Compensation$24 hourlyLocationNottingham, NH (2 miles from Lee traffic circle)ResponsibilitiesAssist clients with activities of daily living and medication administrationSupport and assist with household tasks such as light housekeeping, meal preparation, and laundryAccompany individuals on outings such as daily activities, appointments, and community eventsFollow each individuals care planAll staff will undergo training in conflict resolution and behavioral health safetyComplete required daily documentationOther duties as needed or assignedQualifications1 year of experience working in the Human Services fieldHigh School Diploma or GEDMust be 18 years of age or olderValid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and automobile insuranceWhat’s in it for you?Medical, Dental, Vision, Life & DisabilityPTO begins accruing on your first day!Up to 9 paid holidays annually, plus one floating holiday of your choice.
