Role Overview
- Customer Interaction & Needs Assessment: Learn how to build rapport with customers, listen to both their stated and unspoken needs, and ask the right questions to understand their requirements and offer tailored vehicle options.
- Product Presentation & Test Drives: Assist with presenting vehicle options, encourage customers to experience products through test drives, and help review available accessories or additional options to meet their needs.
- Sales Team Collaboration & Skill Development: Work closely with Sales Executives to develop your skills for a more experienced role, helping with tasks like appraising part exchange vehicles, checking paperwork, and obtaining repair quotes.
- Showroom & Delivery Management: Contribute to maintaining the showroom's presentation, assist with vehicle deliveries and collections, and ensure customers are informed about any delivery date changes.
- Sales Opportunity Follow-up: Learn how to track sales leads and opportunities from other teams (e.g., Fleet sales) and ensure they are properly followed up by the right specialist.
