- Handle Service Calls: Manage incoming and outbound service calls to assist with service appointments, follow-ups on maintenance, and warranty events.
- Customer & Vehicle Data Entry: Accurately input customer and vehicle details into the Dealer Management System (DMS), ensuring GDPR compliance.
- Provide Estimates & Set Expectations: Offer accurate estimates for servicing and repairs, clearly communicating costs and timelines to customers.
- Promote Supplementary Products: Recommend and discuss the purchase of service plans, warranty products, and genuine parts, emphasising their benefits.
- Improve Customer Retention & Team Collaboration: Foster customer loyalty through service offerings, contribute to team improvement, and share best practices.
