Role Overview:
- Customer Interaction & Service Explanation: Greet customers professionally, listen to their concerns, provide clear explanations of services, estimates, and timelines, and offer relevant recommendations based on vehicle condition.
- Scheduling & Coordination: Efficiently schedule service appointments, coordinate loan vehicles or shuttle services, and communicate customer concerns to Service Technicians for accurate diagnosis and resolution.
- Job Monitoring & Updates: Monitor job progress, update customers on any delays, and identify additional service opportunities, while ensuring compliance with warranty and service procedures.
- Record Keeping & Payment Processing: Maintain accurate records of work orders, invoices, and customer profiles, process payments accurately, and reconcile transactions.
- Customer Follow-up & Feedback: Follow up post-service to ensure customer satisfaction, address complaints, solicit feedback for improvement, and maintain positive customer relationships.
