Role Overview Sales Strategy & Market Research : Develop and implement effective sales, merchandising, and promotional plans, based on ongoing market research to assess product and service trends. Team Management & Development : Oversee colleague engagement, job descriptions, training, and health & safety, ensuring effective team performance and adherence to policies and procedures. Inventory & Financial Control : Manage vehicle inventory and purchase used vehicles within stock limits, maintaining regular inspections and controlling expenses to achieve profitability. Customer Care & Service Excellence : Foster a culture of customer care in the Sales department, ensuring a consistently high level of service for all customers. Administrative Efficiency & Compliance : Ensure smooth administration systems, oversee invoicing, manage headcount plans, and consult with the General Manager on legal contracts and performance targets.
