- Sales Target Achievement: Meet monthly sales targets for new, used, and demo cars, along with finance and insurance income, while adhering to internal sales procedures and maintaining accurate paperwork.
- Vehicle Appraisals & Marketing: Appraise part exchanges accurately, list vehicles on online platforms for visibility, and ensure company vehicles are maintained in pristine condition for demonstrations.
- Customer Relationships & Needs Analysis: Build and maintain strong customer relationships by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions through product presentations and test drives.
- Team Collaboration & Knowledge Sharing: Collaborate with the sales team, marketing, and other departments to optimise sales strategies, sharing insights and contributing to team success.
- Sales Records & Reporting: Track customer interactions using CRM tools, maintain accurate sales records, and generate regular reports on sales performance for management review.
