Role Overview
- Supplier & Contractor Management: Liaise with suppliers and contractors, monitor performance against KPIs and SLAs, and attend monthly review meetings to address any issues.
- Operational Support: Provide support to the Property team and other departments, ensuring efficient mail management and assisting with Health & Safety reporting.
- Compliance & Documentation: Ensure compliance with supplier vetting, Risk Assessments, and Method Statements, while maintaining the EWMG Compliance hub with up-to-date training and certifications.
- Maintenance & Job Requests: Oversee Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM), ensuring schedules are current and promptly addressing any remedial work, while responding to job requests efficiently.
- Administrative Systems & Financial Management: Maintain and improve administration systems, process complex information, manage financial operations, and monitor expenditures against contract costs.
