Role Overview

  • Order Management & Stock Control: Ensure daily processing and invoicing of V.O.R. (Vehicle Off Road) orders, manage PDR (damages and shortages), track back orders, and oversee perpetual stock checks.
  • Customer Service & Issue Resolution: Handle customer queries, resolve parts identification issues, and provide cover for counter and telephone duties as needed, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Financial Management & Reporting: Control van delivery orders, reconcile unpaid cash sales, complete daily banking, and report parts figures, ensuring accurate financial processes.
  • Team Development & Training: Provide training, coaching, and arrange development opportunities for the Parts team, ensuring all members are knowledgeable and effective in their roles.
  • Promotions & CRM Management: Manage parts promotions, ensure timely parts receipts, and update parts emails and CRM inquiries, ensuring daily order processing and customer account management.
