Role Overview
- Sales & Budget Planning: Develop and agree on annual sales, operating plans, and budgets, covering long-term, medium-term, and short-term objectives, ensuring alignment with organisational goals.
- Resource & Headcount Management: Create and maintain headcount and resource plans to efficiently achieve objectives, ensuring recruitment aligns with current policies and procedures.
- Customer Service & Complaint Resolution: Address customer complaints and parts enquiries quickly and courteously, ensuring efficient record-keeping for review and resolution.
- Financial & Operational Control: Monitor profitability, productivity, and efficiency using monthly accounts, and ensure timely operation of administrative systems including stock orders, invoicing, and stock control.
- Team Development & Training: Conduct annual appraisals, agree on training plans, and support the development of Parts colleagues, maintaining high standards in reception and part display.
