Role Overview
- Customer Service & Rapport Building: Ensure all customers are served promptly and courteously, building rapport and understanding their requirements while being aware of dealership trading terms.
- Stock Management & Storage: Monitor stock levels, verify deliveries, assist with stock checks, ensure proper storage and cleanliness of parts, and report any stock damage or losses.
- Warranty & Financial Procedures: Handle warranty materials, maintain a surcharge ledger, and adhere to cash, cheque, and account handling procedures while ensuring proper packing and dispatch of parts.
- Training & Industry Awareness: Attend internal and external training courses, stay updated on new products, industry trends, and promotions, and maintain awareness of ongoing marketing campaigns.
- Team Collaboration & Goal Support: Maintain good relationships with suppliers and colleagues, contribute to departmental goals, and ensure that parts and accessories displays are kept up-to-date.
