Role Overview:

  • Visitor and Customer Assistance: Greet visitors warmly, monitor showroom customers, and promptly attend to their needs.
  • Efficient Communication: Manage the switchboard professionally, relay messages promptly, and ensure timely responses to emails and complaints.
  • Showroom and Facility Maintenance: Keep the showroom and promotional materials well-organised, clean, and fully stocked.
  • Tracking and Reporting: Record showroom footfall, sales inquiry sources, and maintain an appointment diary; provide weekly updates to the Sales Department.
  • Support for Events: Assist with promotional activities to enhance customer engagement.
