Role Overview
- Define, own and embed the Eastern Western Way of Selling across the Group.
- Design and maintain a modular sales framework that supports consistent standards and flexible deployment across sites and brands.
- Build and continuously improve a structured suite of modular sales training programmes aligned to induction, core skills, advanced capability and performance improvement.
- Ensure all training modules directly support the 3 2 1 Sales Performance Management Programme.
- Deliver modules through a blended approach including workshops, classroom sessions and practical, on the job coaching within dealerships.
- Lead the modular induction pathway for new Sales Executives, enabling faster progression to competence and confidence.
- Deploy targeted modules to support underperformance, individual development needs and career progression.
- Coach across the full sales journey, from initial enquiry through to close.
- Observe live sales activity and customer interactions to inform module selection and coaching focus.
- Provide clear, timely and practical feedback aligned to the sales framework.
- Work in close partnership with Sales Managers to select, deploy and reinforce the right modules for individuals and teams.
- Use performance data, observations and feedback to refine modules, identify capability gaps and share best practice across the Group.
- Track module completion and evaluate impact at individual, site and Group level.
- Work closely with the Group HR Manager, Sales Managers and Recruitment Consultants to ensure alignment between recruitment, onboarding, modular training and ongoing performance management.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety policies and practices at all times.
