Role Overview

Maintaining ledgers and records: Preparing financial transactions, accounts payable and receivable, and expense reports. Full monthly balance sheet reconciliation.

Financial Reporting Support: Assist in preparation of monthly management accounts. Duties include (but not limited to): Forecasting, monthly journals, parts obsolesce, demo write down, pre-payments and accruals, monthly stock checks.

Team Development: With EWMG, you have the potential to start your professional qualifications or get support with ongoing professional study.

Collaboration: Assisting non-financial managers with the understanding of the companies financial statements.

Administrative Oversight: Supervise branch banking, petty cash, and ensure proper accounting records. Oversight of sales ledger, debtors and creditors.

Compliance and Audit: Ensure the application of the Group accounting policies. Assist with year end audit tasks as directed by the Franchise Accounts Manager.
