AprilVets Chester is seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Veterinary Technician to join our team. As an independent, veterinarian-owned clinic, we’re building a supportive workplace focused on exceptional patient care, team wellbeing, and professional growth and we want you to be a part of it from day 1!

Responsibilities

  • Assist veterinarians with exams, surgery, dentistry, and diagnostics
  • Administer medications, treatments, and vaccinations
  • Monitor anesthesia and patient recovery
  • Perform laboratory testing, radiography, and dental radiographs
  • Educate clients on pet health and preventive care
  • Support a Fear Free, patient-centered experience

Requirements

  • Registered Veterinary Technician (or eligible for registration)
  • Strong technical and communication skills
  • Commitment to high-quality patient care and teamwork
  • Fear Free certification or interest in obtaining certification is an asset
  • Previous veterinary experience preferred

Starting wage of $24+/hour (based on experience)
