You must be available for a minimum of 4 weeks at a time. The position advertised is a permanent one for a lady in Norwich and will be ongoing until further notice. YOU MUST LIVE IN NORWICH OR SURROUNDING VILLAGES TO BE ELIGIBLE TO APPLY.

As a live-in care worker at Cavell Healthcare, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals to maintain their independence and quality of life within the comfort of their own homes. Your compassionate approach will help us deliver personalised care that respects each person's preferences and promotes their well-being.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities for clients in their homes.
  • Support clients with mobility, meal preparation, medication reminders, and companionship.
  • Engage with clients and their families to understand individual needs and preferences.
  • Document care provided and report any changes in client condition to the office/line manager.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients, adhering to health and safety guidelines.
  • Participate in training sessions and team meetings to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • Experience in live-in care is mandatory.
  • Compassionate nature with a strong desire to help others.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and families.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing client needs and schedules.

Pay rates are £848 per week with an additional £32 a week for personal food allowance. You are required to provide live-in care in the comfort of our clients' homes.
