We are seeking compassionate and dedicated homecare workers to provide essential support to individuals in their own homes. The ideal candidates will be committed to enhancing the quality of life for our clients, ensuring they receive the care and assistance they need in a comfortable and familiar environment. This role is vital in promoting independence and dignity for those we serve.
We cover the following areas: Cromer, North Walsham, Sheringham, Holt, North Repps, South Repps, Aylsham, Roughton, Bacton, Mundesley, Walcott and surrounding villages.

Hours of work:
7am-2pm, 4pm-10pm (split shifts). Alternate weekends and some evenings are a requirement.
Duties:
- Assist clients with personal care tasks including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Support clients with mobility and transfers, ensuring their safety at all times.
- Prepare meals and assist with dietary needs, promoting healthy eating habits.
- Provide companionship and engage clients in meaningful conversations or activities.
- Administer medication as prescribed and monitor clients' health conditions.
- Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any changes in clients' conditions to the appropriate personnel.
- Ensure a clean and safe living environment by performing light housekeeping duties as needed.
Experience:
- Previous experience in a care role is desirable but not essential; full training will be provided.
- A caring nature with excellent communication skills is crucial for building rapport with clients.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating reliability and professionalism.
- A valid driving licence is mandatory for travelling between client homes in and around the North Norfolk area.
- Understanding of basic health and safety practices within a homecare setting is beneficial but not essential as full training is given.
Additional information:
- Weekly pay on a Friday
- Guaranteed hour contracts available
- All positions are permanent
- £13.78 per hour at weekends
- Paid travel time (paid at national minimum wage)
- Paid mileage (30p per mile, more on double runs)
