POSITION DESCRIPTION:
We are seeking a Claims Manager to oversee the Claims Department operations including but not limited to ensuring exceptional client experience, loss analysis and performance. The candidate for this role will have excellent social skills, organizational skills and a desire to increase agency effectiveness.
The Claims Manager should have an understanding of the client experience along with knowledge of the claims process. This candidate will help lead the team and should be able to track and implement claim strategies.
This individual must be able to work independently and have the drive to inspire others. This position is fundamental for maintaining quality client relationships.
EXPERIENCE:
Significant insurance experience and leadership qualities.
IDEAL ATTRIBUTES & REQUIREMENTS:
- A self-starter with over seven (7) years of successful insurance experience.
- Understand company vision and what it means to be an employee-owner.
- Provide empathy and guidance to clients.
- A strong desire to enhance the client claims experience with continual improvement and a commitment to excellence.
