Eastern Palliative Care Ltd (EPC) is a not-for-profit organisation that delivers specialist home-based palliative care to clients and their families living within the Eastern Metropolitan Region of Melbourne. Permanent 0.95 EFT (8 hour day shifts, 9 day fortnight). Located in Mitcham. Part of a team of passionate and supportive people.

To be successful, you MUST have the following:
- Proven experienced palliative care leader with current contemporary clinical skills.
- Min. of 5 years recent experience in palliative care.
- Excellent communication, creative and innovative with problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Focused on building a high performing team.
- Experience in delivering care via telehealth, including ability to support staff with adoption of technology.
- Ability to champion change management.
- Competency with common computer applications.
- Current VIC Driver’s license.
- Registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse Div 1.
- Passion for holistic person-centred nursing care.
The following would be desirable:
- Post graduate qualifications in palliative care or working towards.
- Experienced in developing, directing and delivering new projects.
- Energised by opportunities to introduce new processes and innovation.
- Demonstrated interest in palliative care in aged care.
