Eastern Multi-academy Trust (EMAT) is seeking a compassionate, proactive pastoral supporter for Upwell Academy. You will work with children, families, academy staff and external agencies to remove barriers to education, promote positive attendance and wellbeing, and strengthen home–school partnerships.
You will support vulnerable pupils, contribute to safeguarding, and help create an inclusive, supportive environment where every child can thrive and feel valued.
