What skills and experience we're looking for
We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly organised Science Technician to join our supportive and dedicated team. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a vital role in inspiring the next generation of scientists by ensuring our laboratories are well-prepared, safe and fully equipped for engaging practical lessons. Working closely with teaching staff, you will help create an exceptional learning environment where pupils can explore, discover and thrive. If you are proactive, detail-oriented and passionate about supporting education, we would love to hear from you.
About You
- English and Maths qualifications to Level 2 (GCSE A-C), or equivalent
- NVQ 3 or equivalent qualification or experience in relevant discipline
- Proven experience of working in an educational setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Effective use of ICT and other specialist equipment and resources
- Basic knowledge of Health and Safety
- A commitment to safeguarding and supporting the wellbeing of pupils.
