This is an exciting opportunity to join our ALN Department to provide targeted intervention to our pupils. The role is vital in supporting our ALN pupils with gaps in their Literacy and Numeracy skills at both KS3 and KS4 so they are able to access the curriculum and flourish in life. The role also provides emotional health and wellbeing support for our students on a 1.1 basis or in a small group to build their social skills, confidence and self esteem. There is a team of five intervention TAs who support intervention across the school and pupils are identified from our whole school testing throughout the year. The successful candidate will also be a learning family tutor and will support their tutees on a daily basis and provide key check in times at the start and end of the day.
