- Be highly effective in the classroom, drawing on a wide range of pedagogical practices to meet the needs of all learners, successfully supporting and challenging learners as they progress through school;
- Demonstrate infectious enthusiasm for the teaching of Welsh, creating a dynamic yet purposeful learning environment for pupils;
- Support the Welsh Department in developing learning and teaching by sharing best pedagogical practices to secure learner progression in KS3 & KS4
- Willing to actively engage in collaborative professional learning opportunities and promote effective collaboration within the wider school community
- Create meaningful and effective relationships through being trauma informed and following our restorative practice
- Develop the confidence of our learners to enjoy learning and to participate fully in the life of the school community.
