Position: Administrative Assistant/First Aider/Receptionist - Part time 3 days per week - Tues, Wed & Thurs

Start Date: ASAP - Term time Contract 39 weeks

Salary: Grade 3 pro rata (£24,027- £25,183 FTE).

Responsibilities

  • Undertake a range of administrative and reception duties
  • Deliver first aid to the school community
  • Provide a high level of service as first point of contact via telephones and face to face in reception
  • Based in an extremely busy reception area with a wider administrative team of 7 staff
  • Work days: Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, 8.15am to 4.15pm
  • Support pupils, parents and staff as part of the school community

Training and Requirements

  • Training will be provided to support delivery of first aid to the school community
  • Start date: ASAP; Term time contract 39 weeks
