We are seeking a motivated and organised Front of House and Events Co-ordinator to join our team, supporting the delivery of high-quality hospitality training within a busy, real-world restaurant environment. This is an exciting opportunity to combine a passion for hospitality with the opportunity to support and develop students, while contributing to the smooth running of day-to-day operations and events.
In this role, you will supervise and support students as they develop their practical skills, ensuring they meet industry standards within a professional setting. Alongside this, you will coordinate daily restaurant operations, maintaining excellent customer service, managing bar stock, and ensuring a clean, safe and welcoming environment.
You will also play a key role in planning and delivering events and functions, working collaboratively to create engaging and memorable experiences, while supporting wider activities such as record-keeping, promotion and social media.
We are looking for a proactive team player with strong organisational and communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and a genuine enthusiasm for hospitality and education.
