Actual Salary: £21,915 - £23,848 per annum

We are seeking a Personal Progress Tutor to provide academic and pastoral support to a defined student cohort across a range of college departments. The role focuses on monitoring academic progress, personal development and engagement, supporting learners to achieve positive outcomes throughout their programme of study.

You will carry out Personal Development Reviews and provide coaching and mentoring to help students set and review SMART targets. You will also be responsible for attendance monitoring and follow-up for individual students and targeted groups, maintaining accurate records and contributing to student support plans.

The role includes identifying and responding to safeguarding or wellbeing concerns, making appropriate referrals to services such as careers advice, and communicating effectively with teaching staff and support teams to manage behaviour, attendance and progress.
