The Eastern Connecticut Health Network (ECHN) Family Birthing Center at Manchester Memorial Hospital features a Level 3 Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU). We are seeking Neonatology Nurse Practitioners for full-time (40 hours per week) or part-time (24 hours per week) positions that promote a flexible work-life balance. Our services include lactation consultations, midwife and doula support, education on neonatal abstinence syndrome, nitrous oxide therapy, vaginal birth after cesarean, and hydrotherapy and water births.
Joining our multidisciplinary team means collaborating with Connecticut Children's Medical Center, known for its excellence in paediatric and neonatal care. Our team includes Neonatology APRN/PA-C providers, nurses, lactation consultants, paediatricians, physical therapists, respiratory therapists, and social workers. We are committed to a rewarding environment focused on advanced care for high-acuity premature newborns and encourage lifelong learning and professional development.
