Easteden Ltd is seeking a Staff Nurse to deliver high-quality, person-centred nursing care across our care environments. The role focuses on assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of care, while supporting effective clinical governance and multidisciplinary working within the Home.
The Staff Nurse will work with residents who may have dementia, mental health needs or complex care requirements, coordinating clinical operations in the absence of a clinical lead when required.
