You will plan and deliver meaningful, person-centred activities in a safe, welcoming environment, helping individuals express interests, maintain connections and enjoy daily life with dignity and choice.
You’ll work with a caring team to support reminiscence, community involvement and engagement, while promoting wellbeing. Flexibility for shifts is required.
