- Demonstrable literacy, numeracy and communication skills appropriate to the role.
- Willingness to achieve and maintain NISCC registration.
- Willingness to participate in mandatory training and ongoing professional development.
- Experience or demonstrable understanding of person-centred care and supporting individuals with daily living needs through employment, voluntary work, unpaid caring responsibilities or lived experience.
- Understanding of dignity, safeguarding, wellbeing and person-centred support principles.
