At East Coast College, our IT team are an integral part of the student and staff experience, and we\\\’re looking for a Senior IT Technician to join our team. The new role of Senior IT Technician will work closely with the System and Network Administrator, you will support the IT team in being able to deliver the level of service both students and staff have come to expect. Whether its completing work yourself, or using your knowledge and experience to coach other team members to evolve, you ability to follow process and confidently offer solutions will fit right in. This is a fantastic progression opportunity for someone who aspires to evolve.
Responsibilities
- The ability to work as a team and with initiative
- Confidence in resolving issues – including advanced diagnoses on hardware, peripherals, and software
- Be instrumental in developing the physical network
- Liaise with suppliers
