We are looking for someone to train up, to work in admin, sales and marketing and purchase ordering. Working with a small team, primarily to work closely with one of the co-owners.
Wage: £14,560 for your first year, then could increase depending on your age. National Minimum Wage rate for apprentices.
Hours: 9am till 5.00pm with 1 hour lunch. Days to be confirmed. 35 hours a week.
Start date: Monday 12 October 2026.
Duration: 1 year 4 months.
Work: Most of your apprenticeship is spent working. You’ll learn on the job by getting hands-on experience.
What you’ll do at work:
- Train to estimate print enquiries, follow-up quotes, chase money, invoicing, social media, networking, running CRM system, creating weekly e-shots to market the business.
- Place orders for branded merchandise and workwear.

Training: Apprenticeships include time away from working for specialist training. You’ll study to gain professional knowledge and skills.
Skills required:
- Skilled in the use of multiple IT packages and systems relevant to the organisation.
- Able to produce accurate records and documents including emails, letters, files, payments, reports and proposals.
- Exercises proactivity and good judgement.
- Builds and maintains positive relationships within their own team and across the organisation.
- Demonstrates good communication skills, whether face-to-face, on the telephone, in writing or on digital platforms.
- Completes tasks to a high standard.
- Takes responsibility for initiating and completing tasks, manages priorities and time in order to successfully meet deadlines.
- Uses relevant project management principles and tools to scope, plan, monitor and report.

About this employer: We are a family run and owned commercial printing business based in Norwich. We have been in business for 21 years serving mainly clients based in Norwich. We produce short run digital print, large format print, branded merchandise and workwear. There will be a full-time role available at the end of the apprenticeship, continuing to work alongside the co-owner and team.
