Key Responsibilities:
- Act as Designated Safeguarding Lead
- Lead EDI strategy and practice across all areas
- Act as Ofsted/QAA nominated lead for Personal Development, Safeguarding and Inclusivity
- Lead inclusion, safeguarding and personal development across the college
- Strong personal integrity, resilience and high standards for self and others
- Ability to inspire, challenge and hold to account
