Hours: 37 hpw - 1.0 FTE

Contract: Permanent

Overview: East Coast College is committed to creating an inclusive, inspiring and supportive environment where every student can thrive. As part of our continued focus on inclusion for all, we are looking for a Director of Inclusion to lead our strategic approach to inclusion across the college.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as Designated Safeguarding Lead
  • Lead EDI strategy and practice across all areas
  • Act as Ofsted/QAA nominated lead for Personal Development, Safeguarding and Inclusivity
  • Lead inclusion, safeguarding and personal development across the college
  • Strong personal integrity, resilience and high standards for self and others
  • Ability to inspire, challenge and hold to account
