Hours: Fractional β 5 hpw

Salary: Lecturer Scale β Β£33762.00 to Β£40000.00 FTE (dep on qualifications and experience)
Are you experienced in Media Make up? Are you able to engage with students and help them perfect their techniques? Are you a strong collaborator with a commitment to quality?
Our fantastic Media Make Up team are looking for a Lecturer to join them in shaping our students\β skills and techniques.
Working collaboratively with the team, your lesson planning and delivery will continue to offer the high quality teaching expected from our student cohort. Your industry knowledge and experience will help to shape their aspirations and ability to achieve through realistic and well mentored experience and support on both our Level 2 and Level 3 courses.

We do require all staff to hold a Level 2 or equivalent in both English and Maths and be able to evidence this.
Please note, candidates who secure a teaching position, but do not currently hold a teacher qualification are required to obtain this within their first three years of employment. This can be provided by the college, however, the employee will be required to sign a commitment form, where they will be eligible to pay fees back should they fail to complete the qualification, or exit the organization within the committed timeframe. Employees can secure their own funding such as Student Finance for the qualifications should they wish.
