We are seeking to appoint an HR Administrator to provide administrative support to the HR function of Eastbourne College and St Andrew's Prep.
Overview
The role is based in the College Bursary and forms part of a busy HR and payroll team, dedicated to providing a warm, positive, and efficient first impression of the charity.
Responsibilities
- Provide day‑to‑day administrative support to the HR function.
- Assist with HR processes and payroll activities.
- Maintain accurate HR records and documentation.
- Use MS Office and Teams to support HR and payroll work.
Requirements
- Strong administrative skills.
- Good IT capability including MS Office and Teams.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Clear and confident communicator.
Working Hours and Salary
Salary: £22,000 per annum.
Hours of Work: 30 hours per week, all year round. Normally 8:30 am to 3:00 pm, Monday to Friday with a half‑hour unpaid break. An alternative working pattern may be considered.
