An exciting opportunity has arisen within Lewes and Eastbourne councils\’ Regulatory Services team for a Senior Advisor working within the Environmental Health division.

You will be joining a busy, friendly, professional and collaborative team with prospects to gain experience in a wide range of subject areas. We are seeking an individual with drive and enthusiasm and the ability to mentor and support other team members. You will play a key part in delivering a collective and responsive service for our customers and partners.

We are looking for a result driven, customer focused and adaptable person with the ability to work under minimal supervision and as part of a team. You will be expected to work on a set caseload and must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, have a practical outlook and show initiative.

Successful candidates will be responsible for processing applications and complaints efficiently and within deadlines. A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and other database packages is essential.
