As a 1:1 Support Worker, you will be part of a small, consistent team providing support to two individuals, ensuring continuity of care and a personalised approach. You will work closely with your team to promote independence, wellbeing and community inclusion, with a focus on helping each person achieve their personal goals and thrive in their daily lives.

About the Role:
You will share responsibility with your team for delivering tailored 1:1 support to two individuals. Support may include daily routines, personal care, communication support, household tasks, and participation in meaningful activities such as baking, arts and crafts, walks, bowling and other community outings.
You will ensure all care is delivered in line with organisational policies, your training, and CQC regulations. Regular supervision and team support will be provided to encourage your ongoing development.
Hours:
42.5 hours per week on a 2-week rota, including early mornings, evenings and alternate weekends.
Experience:
No previous experience required – full training provided.
