Part-Time Wellbeing Lead: Shape Mental Health & Resilience in Lewes

East Sussex Fire & Rescue Service is seeking an experienced Wellbeing Lead to shape and advance our employee wellbeing programme. The role will review current wellbeing provision, identify gaps, and develop sustainable initiatives focusing on mental health, early intervention and trauma-informed practice.

You will work with leaders and staff to implement evidence-based improvements and deliver engaging wellbeing education.
