East Sussex Fire & Rescue Service is seeking an experienced Wellbeing Lead on a 12-month fixed term contract. Part-time hours (minimum 30 per week) are also considered to support a modern, sustainable wellbeing strategy for the workforce.
The role focuses on reviewing existing wellbeing provision, developing new initiatives, and delivering education and awareness across Stations and staffing teams with a strong emphasis on psychological safety and evidence-based practice.
