East Sussex Fire & Rescue Service is looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Estates & Facilities Assistant Business Partner to work across multiple ESFRS sites in East Sussex. This role involves helping the Estates team deliver the service strategy, ensuring the estate remains safe, compliant, operational, and fit for purpose on a day-to-day basis.
As the main point of contact for operational and support staff on station, this position offers the opportunity to influence decisions, lead planned improvements, and collaborate with colleagues to create quality environments where teams can thrive. The successful candidate will utilise their knowledge of CAFM systems, manage contractors in the public sector, and ensure compliance across the property portfolio.
