Join our newly formed, forward-thinking team that’s reshaping how services support children and families. As a Team Around the Family (TAF) Co-ordinator, you’ll help children and families thrive by enabling partners to step in early - not at a time of crisis, but when challenges are starting to emerge.

Evidence shows that this is when support has the greatest impact. This is your chance to be part of a system that acts earlier, works smarter, and makes a lasting difference for children who without the support could be on a trajectory to more significant harm.

The role will primarily involve ensuring the right support is put in place at the right time for families, and working alongside professionals to undertake assessments, set up team around the family meetings and put in place the right interventions to stop risk from escalating.

The people we are looking for in this vital position will have:

  • RQF level 4 Certificate or a higher in a subject related to working with children, young people, and families
  • Experience of working as a keyworker undertaking assessments of risk and delivering evidence based interventions to families
  • Has a good understanding of community resources and services
