An opportunity has arisen for a permanent practitioner post within the Teaching and Learning Provision based in Eastbourne. Term-time only; Monday – Friday 8.45am-3.30pm. Approximate salary: £18,890 per annum.
The Teaching and Learning Provision (TLP) supports children and young people (CYP) with medical needs by providing short-term packages of education. The practitioner role supports CYP in the home, community, teaching centre or school to successfully reintegrate back to school by designing a return to school plan and to support the learning of the children. Being a car driver with access to a car is essential for the role.

- A wide range of child focused and mental health backgrounds.
- Anyone who has some experience and knowledge and would love to develop in the role.
