There are two permanent posts available:

  • 1×37 hour per week post based at Devonshire Family Hub
  • 1×37 hour per week post based at Archery Youth Hub

Please clearly detail on your application which of the above roles you wish to be considered for.

We are looking for candidates who are able to talk to a variety of families as well as working with colleagues and stakeholders as part of an integrated Early Help Service which also includes ESHT Health Visiting colleagues.

The admin role is varied and requires an ability to multi-task. You will be able to organise your own workload to meet the demands of a reactive and busy environment.

We are looking for candidates who:-

  • Have strong MS Office skills
  • Are flexible and self-motivated
  • Have accurate data inputting skills
  • Can work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Have the ability to effectively organise and prioritise own and team workload to meet deadlines.
  • Have the ability to undertake a diverse workload and manage conflicting priorities.
  • Have knowledge of using email and software such as the Microsoft Office Suite with a good understanding of managing calendars and setting up MS Team calls.
