We are looking for a part-time Senior Business Administrator to join our Library Administration Support Team. The role involves a range of duties, including placing and processing orders for goods and services, assisting with staff recruitment, answering customer and staff enquiries, data entry, and making updates to our website. You will be required to organise your own workload to meet the demands of a reactive and busy environment.
Work rota is listed below:
Mon 9am – 5pm, Weds 9am – 5pm, Thurs 9am – 5pm, Fri 9am – 5pm
This post is fixed-term until 31 January 2027.
We are looking for candidates who:
- Are proactive and confident communicators who can converse with a wide range of people
- Have strong ICT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office, and an interest in further development
- Can input and manage data with attention to detail
- Can manage multiple priorities effectively and efficiently
- Work well independently and as part of a team
- Can exercise discretion in dealing with sensitive information
- Are willing to learn and undertake training as required
