Maintenance of the highway network is vital to economic growth and to keeping communities safe and connected. As part of the Highways Contracts Management Group, you’ll support the management of the county’s most valuable public asset. Working within the Stakeholder and Engagement Team, you’ll lead and support service development projects, providing high-quality administrative and project support that helps the highways service operate efficiently and deliver tangible benefits for road users and communities.
We are looking for candidates who:
- Have experience in an administrative or project support role within a complex organisation
- Can manage and prioritise a diverse workload with competing deadlines
- Communicate clearly, confidently and professionally with a wide range of stakeholders
- Have strong organisational, coordination and report-writing skills
- Have good IT skills, including the effective use of MS Office application
